Where are you at the moment? Are you contemplating a healthier lifestyle, about to start training for an event or do you want to lose weight and gain muscle mass? There are more reasons people want to start training with a personal trainer, or take part in group exercise, than would fit onto this page, but every one of those reasons is valid and every one of them is important to me. I’ve experienced every level of fitness and health throughout my life and I understand what it feels like to make the first step in changing your lifestyle.
I also know how amazing it feels to set yourself a goal, and to achieve it.
My training methods are educational rather than instructional. I’ll teach you how to exercise safely and effectively, explaining all the time why we are doing exercises and what those exercises do. By doing this you’ll not only get fitter, stronger and healthier with me, but also be able to maintain good health and well-being for the rest of your life.
Our personal training sessions will be conducted at The Fitness Hub, but I can also train you outside (weather permitting!)
